government would do their jobs, Secure our Borders and DEPORT Illegal Aliens, than some peoples lives would not be disrupted !! These people would NOT be victims, I just read a story where an Illegal was breaking into peoples homes robbing them and Groping the women in their sleep, how would you feel to wake up with a complete stranger groping you?? Let me tell you if the government was doing their jobs it would NOT have happened!!! The crimes Illegals commit could be prevented !! So I say we hold the lazy government accountable...hit them in the money department.......they are refusing to protect the people of America. What do you think????

I too think it shows some negligent on the government.
And States are suing the government so why not people. I hope these women find a good lawyer. I think some lawyers would love the case.
And your right these crimes could have been prevented to a great degree. that old saying of some that we have criminals-just doesn't hold water. Nor does it make sense. What we can stop we should try.

I think Americans should be able to sue our government because of things like ID theft, which I understand ruins some people's lives and other crimes they commit while they are here. For the simple reason that if they government had been doing it's job, these needless crimes would not have occured.

I think if an area has a 'sanctuary' policy, they might have a case. Not if they are just inefficient, however.

Colorado is putting it on the ballot whether their Atty General should bring a suit against the federal government to collect funds spent on illegal immigrants in that state. It will be interesting to see how that goes.

It would be pretty easy to show negligence on behalf of the federal government. They have clearly turned a blind eye to the problem. A class action suit against the federal government is a great idea. I would support it.

But think about it like this, it isnt happening to our politions wifes or daughters, its not happening to the senates wifes and daughters nor the presidents wifes or daughters so what does it matter to them.
