Not at all. Chinese have better biochemistry in their pharmacology than the West. I can't wait for the two to integrate together - it's happening clinic by clinic small scale so far. The AMA and FDA are beasts!

Not at all and, though many christians will disagree, much of the eastern philosophy can be used in a normal christian life or non-christian life.
I am an avid martial artist and the essence of my training is based on eastern philosophy such as to not harm others, etc. (Aikido - one of my 3 arts I train in - is very much against hurting others). I don't subscribe to the budism etc, but the teachings are very enlightening etc.
Now, for all the hard core christians reading this and disagreeing. If you say this is not possible then you must consider this is similiar to a pagen reading the bible (does happen) and saying he/she agrees that killing another person is wrong, that stealing is wrong, or learning from the bible.

My thoughts....

Be afraid!

Be VERY afraid!

I've been studying some Buddhist and Taoist philosophy and I have to say it make so much more sense and is much more useful to everyday life than Christianity, Judaism, or Islamic religions. It's good to see people are catching on. I think it will promote more peace in the world if it spreads enough.

It is the guilt that separates us from philosophy to philosophy. Ultimate goal of all these philosophies is to tell us all about God.
