Because your heart is a muscle that is constantly moving so the cancer cant grow on it and spread.

A cancer cell typically is very selfish: it takes resources but gives nothing back, so a cancer of the heart would cause the victim to die very rapidly (if it were an organ that is susceptible to cancer).

Apparantly there are heart cancers, although quite rare.

Cancer is not usually a disease that affects the heart. usually it's heart disease which causes heart attacks.

cause it'd just be considered blocking the artery or whatever, causing the heart to fail
