~Duh, what's your PO say.
Since you "have plenty of people who will support me" you are obviously not mature enough to move out. If you want to be emancipated, you best plan on supporting yourself rather than to sponge of friends, family and the taxpayers. Your attitude problem is your worst enemy. Maybe that's why the law says you are still a child. Ten will get you twenty that if you move out, you will violate within 6 months. I suppose you can't take living at home because of all the stupid rules, like a curfew, doing chores, going to school or getting a job and treating people with a modicum of civility. Grow up and start respecting others as well as yourself and maybe your life will change.

the best thing to do is ask your probation officer. I know that when i was on probation i was a ward of the court which means they can move you or do what they want with you. how can you be on probation for 18 more months since you'll be 18 within 12 and then you are considered a legal adult. so you may need to check on some things.

Why can't you support yourself? You've already gotten a bad start with whatever led to your probation. Why not work on being a better person rather than focusing on what's horrible in your life and how you need to escape it and become a burden others. Rely on yourself. Life is not fair. Suck it up and move on.

I would say you could but your parents or guardians would have to sign a release and you would have to get it cleared with your probation officer♥

Depending on where you are at...but the answer is probably "NO". You would have to emancipate yourself from your parents/guardians and then get your probation officers approval.
