Check out your local humane society or shelter...also, taking an ad out in the paper usually isn't too expensive. And a new good home for your dog will be worth it.

More details: What area are you in , how old is the dog, what breed is the dog, how much you want, etc. Email me: mnwright2@yahoo.com
Petfinder.com is probably a much better way to adopt your dog out. I am always on there looking.

Please, please, please do no longer bypass away your dogs on my own in this hurricane. i understand the financial device is harsh suitable now yet is there ANY way you may touch some resorts or lodges and clarify your concern to them and ask for some style of hurricane decrease fee or something. My father went by using hurricane Charley in Port Charlotte and there have been families getting into the hotel i replaced into staying at requesting a place to stay as a results of fact their residences have been interior the process the hurricane. The hotel did no longer enable pets yet enable them to take their dogs with them in attention of the circumstances. i like my animals like my family members and could desire to on no account bypass away them on my own to get harm or worse. whether the undesirable animal survived it may be so traumatized by utilising the hurricane. Do you have a kennel for the dogs? perhaps in case you advised your father in regulation which you may save the dogs kenneled up as much as attainable whilst you're with him he could budge somewhat. according to threat you may call some interior sight shelters, vets, and or rescue agencies and clarify your concern to them and that they could save your doggie risk-free till the hurricane passes. i'm optimistic they could be keen that might assist you out fairly than see a dogs left interior the hurricane.
