I don't think there's any, Some programmes may check system for errors(if they really do so..??), but to fix the errors you won't get a freeware.

You might be able to try a free version of Wincleaner. I have the paid version that is dynamite. Use caution when using this powerful program as it will go into your registry as well as other sensitive places of your computer.
