Seriously whats the interest rate on parking tickes, 25 cents to 50 dollars, WTF! I hate parking tickets.

Its all a conspiracy to conspirer against people with cars! We should all double park one day and when someone puts a ticket on it they should blow into traffic and Die!

Who cares 165.00$ is dramatic I could go school shopping with that, then they tow the car then add fees as if I had the money I would just let it sit there ;then I have to borrow the cash -then the car is fu*ked up from the tow -and it has to go in the shop- then I have to pay that and still owe the person that leaned me the funds from the tow then I have to make up an excuse as to why I still havent repayed them- then I have to get a negative balance in my account because I wrote them a check then they tell my friends and family not to help me because Im a loser …. WTF

Without time-limited parking, a few people would park all day and not leave any parking for retail customers, patients, deliveries... what have you.
The color of the ticket is for two reasons. It quickly lets you know you have a ticket and it reminds others that ticketing is being enforced.
Lastly, Parking fees and parking tickets help pay some of the city's expenses with having to raise local taxes.

I do not like them. As far as the question, you answered your own question..they are a stupid color so you can see them 3 blocks away.
