I've made a kind of casoulet with sausages yesterday, its been in the fridge, now I need to know if it is ok to reheat it because of the sausages.

yes, all the bacteria has been cooked out already. They sell precooked sausages and bacon so I don't see why you can't reheat and eat.

Absolutely!! When I make my spaghetti sauce, I always cook meatballs and sausages in the sauce for a couple of hours (the sauce itself I cook for 5 hours). I cook enough to have several meals and reheat the sausages whenever I make a spaghetti meal. Delicious!!

Chow!!

yes! Why are you so worried? I kept raw sausage in my fridge for a week and fried it up. It was still good and I'm still here answering this dumb question!

I have never heard that it is dangerous to re-heat sausages. If somebody has information on this, please enlighten the rest of us.
