Depends on what part of your body, your eye brows for instance, if you pluck them constantly the hair follicles will be destroyed and they will stop growing back. Your legs and other parts of your body just depends on your gene structure could be 1 day or 5. There's no definite answer.

it's supposed to take 13 weeks for hair to grow from the root out after that on average 1/2 in a month is what you can expect.that's why hair cuts are 4 to 6 weeks apart

A little longer. It has to grow up through the follicle and go through the skin before it hits the surface. It will be softer too cause you didn't cut if off bluntly.
