I know this sounds wierd but sometimes when I turn my head, I get this really bad pain that feels like someone just got something hard and hit me in the head. Anyone know what causes this?

that happens to me occasionally. i think lack of excersise or lack of a certain mineral or vitamin causes that. i know that lack of iron causes cramps but thats all i know. sad...im going to medical school.

Well it happens sometimes when I turn my neck. There is this shooting pain that only hurts for a few seconds. If it happens once in a blue moon I wouldn't worry about it o much but if it has been happening a lot lately I would do something

don't know what causes it, but I have that too, it is a burning severe pain. COuld be MS--who knows for you
