last year i gained 4 pant sizes and i know why but now i cant get back to my original size ... im eating the same (if not better) and working out but i cant find results i just seem to bulk up ... any ideas on how to get lean legs not bulky ones?????
please help!

See if you can find "FitGuy" on here, he is a fountain of info--he's a personal trainer, and a health professional. He's on the board of a website with all kinds of health, nutrition, diet and exercise info. Look at the leaderboards, he'll be in there...he's the one who's pictures are abs, mostly answers health category questions. He really helped me.

By "bulk up", do you mean muscular? Maybe try a different method of working out that would work some other parts of your body. As a runner, I know that my legs are WAY more muscular than the rest of me. Good luck!!

heres some advice as i am a guy... and i can say that guys odn't like relli thin legs, and if u went up4 pants sizes ur other half probly found that relli gd 4 da sex... but if u try lose the weight throu exerise u have relli muscly 1s wts even worse thans skinny 1...

Try going to the gym and working with a personal trainer for a few sessions

I find that no matter what my age , if I start getting alittle flabby in the leg/butt department, a few flights of stairs each day helps put me back in shape...Hope this helps you. Blessed Be
