XP allows only one session at a time, where Windows 2003 server allows one console session and two remote sessions by default.

Not aware of any way to do that. Now you can have someone using the PC and someone remoted in at the same time, but they would be using the same account and competing with each other to access to the cursor. (Do that people all the time at work - remote and play with their PC. I can get away with it because I'm the IT tech and system adminstrator). But no, you could not have two people on two accounts doing totally different things at the same time.

I have often wondered the same thing. For example one user on the local computer and one connected from a remote computer? I don't think so, but lets see what people say.
