What an assine question. So because he didn't it means he can't? What kind of logic is that?

You don't understand enough about your own question to understand why you asked it.
You put in a lot of information to try to make yourself sound informed, but sadly this does not make it so.
You have made a fallacious (false) argument. You "IF-Then" statement is not connected by a logical step.
Here is an example of a logical "IF-Then" statement:
IF heavy things hurt when they fall on your foot,
Then when a heavy brick fall from the table you should move.
There is an implied context that the heavy brick is moving towards landing on your foot and will hurt --- this is what causes you to move.
Here is why your statement is NOT logical:
IF God is powerful
Then he WOULD create life on the Moon and Mars
There is too much implied context that has to be imagined in. Especially the assumption that we know The Supreme Being's will.
To change this into a logical statement you could say
IF God is so Powerful
Then he COULD create life on the Moon or Mars
This creates a much smaller contextual gap, since we are not making any assumptions about the Supreme Being's will, just his ability.
Try taking a debate class, your ideas will get more respect if you can frame them in a way that doesn't defeat themselves.

God has his reason why he created these planets the way they are. God continues to reveal things to his children so I'm sure one day he will tell us why he did what he did.You must understand as human beings we are limited in our knowledge of the Universe, therefore because one cannot see certain things doesn't not mean it doesn't exist. The reasons for the existance of the planets may not be physical, but rather spiritual and that is why there is not other inhabitants on them. But I will disagree with those who claim aliens have something to do with why he created these planets. Aliens are falling angels so I don't believe that God created these planets for aliens aka demons. You ask wouldn't God create life in those planets like he did with earth? I would say one of the reasons may be that God knows our mistreatment of the earth and so as an intelligent being is wouldn't want to have a whole bunch of planets fall victim to that again. If you look at the earth and see how we as humans have destroyed it both spiritually and physically then you will understand why God didn't created humans to live on those planets. God is more intelligent than us. But like I said God has a reason and he will let us know when he feels that the time is right.

What makes you so sure he didn't? The solar system is over 4 billion years old. Venus wasn't always a furnace and Mars once had liquid water. Man has observed and understood the climate of the planets for about 0.00005% of their history. Scientist even now think there could be life on a number of moons in the solar system. Many entire ecosystems could have been born, evolved and perished throughout the solar system a billion years before you had the capacity to ask that question.

No proof of creature life on the other planets of our solar system has been established by astronomers and scientists, but the Creator’s direct purpose for our earth was different. In its case he did not desire it to be an empty, lifeless planet at its start; he does not desire it ever to end up in that condition.
Isaiah 45:18: "For thus saith the LORD that created the heavens; God himself that formed the earth and made it; he hath established it, he created it not in vain, he formed it to be inhabited: I am the LORD; and there is none else."
Ecclesiastes 1:4: "One generation passeth away, and another generation cometh: but the earth abideth for ever."
God created our planet earth for mankind's home. The other planets in our solar system give proof of his glory and power, along with the sun, moon, and stars.
So as far as the planets of our solar system are concerned, there are apparently none capable of supporting human life, aside from the earth. The other planets are not equipped with the air and water and food sources necessary to sustain human life, and to say that God will make them fit for human habitation in the future is sheer speculation.
But what about the other planets? Were they put in space and into orbit for no reason at all? No, we cannot conclude that. All that God does has meaning and purpose. Obviously the Creator has a purpose for these planets, including the planets in our own solar system. In time, he may well reveal that purpose to obedient mankind.

Perhaps you are confusing life to what is found on earth, perhaps the life, if any, is not carbon based, but based on another element.
This is the definition of life:
Having a metabolism
capacity to grow
respond to stimuli
reproduce
adapt.
What if there is something we can not see that is doing all those things? In the old days they did not know that there were bacteria, and atoms floating in the air around us, because it was unseen. We do not know if there is life on another planet, because it could be left unseen by us because we do not have the right equipment to see it. Because we are looking for life as we know it on earth.

The universe is huge, who is to say that there isn't life outside of our solar system? The sun never changed temperatures, the earth built up ozone and created a layer of sunblocking material that allowed for the earth to be able to sustain life. Everything evolved from there into what it is today. I believe that god didn't create the way the bible says, but more of he put things into place for things to turn out the way they have turned out.

God is powerful, all knowing, that why He was called the almighty and sovereign God.
God created the universe ( heavens) and earth to be inhabited. Sooner or later this earth population will burst with people and the only hope is the other planet. The physical condtions of the people who will live there is still unknown to us this days. The scripture is silent on this matter, but, I firmly believe that God did not make this planet for no apparent reason, everything he does has a purpose. (I believed to be inhabited also)
Its up for his created being to explore what He has installed for them. God gave man 2 things to do, one to ponder with and the other to sit with, human success will defend on wihich of this two he uses most.

Because he created the Earth for Humans. He intended for us to be the keepers of earth and everything in it for eternity. If God wanted to create humans and place them on Mars, Venus, or any other place he would have. God's word is True. Have you accepeted the greates gift that can every be had. Jesus Christ died on the cross to save all of mankind. His salvation is the only way to get to the coming kingdom of God. There is no in between, you either believe in him or you don't. All those who believe will be saved and get to expierence real life when "this system of things" is put to and end. Tomm is not promised, today is the day for repentance. Give your life to God and you will be blessed for ETERNITY! Have a blessed day!

It wasn't in His will. If he wanted to create life there, He would've just said the words and it would've all been good and there would've been creatures running around on Mars. But He had a reason for keeping life out of there, so He didn't put any life there.

Who said he hasn't
The universe is pretty old.
The science is true but life is a broad term.
How do we know the moon was of this solar system to begin with.
We are just discovering mars and things look like we are finding life, and water...even on jupiter's moons......it's nice to be curious but this is a time waster
