Your question doesn't specify much about the individual other than Asperger's syndrome. This non verbal learning disorder affects the person's ability to perceive others emotional cues. They also do not understand readily why another would be upset by their actions. Depending on age and training, they may more or less be able to mask their disability. Tantrum behavior is sometimes part of the response they demonstrate with frustration. They generally like routine and predictability. They are often hypersensitive to external stimuli.
