If you want to eat more healthy, eat more fish and "white meat" like turkey and chicken. Red meat isn't all bad for you (it has a lot of nutrients and minerals your body needs) but you should eat less red meat than fish and poultry, and when you do eat red meat you should eat the leaner cuts whenever possible.

That's a loaded question. Red meat is full of saturated fat which is very bad for you. White meat has less, so is better than red. Fish has good omega-3 oils, but many kinds of fish are high in mercury and are unhealthy for that reason.
