I have been seeing this much younger woman and I suport her completely We are several 100 miles from each other she has five kids I support also. I have given this girl thousands and thousands of dollars she will call telling me she needs money to come see me and she also needs to make her car note so I put $2000 in our joint bank account then she wont return phone calls or text I check account and its drained and overdrawn and she dissapears for several days never showing up to see me like she said she would she has done this to me several times and stupid me keeps letting her do it I love her but now I feel she is lying about everything just to get money this has got to be illegal im imbarrased because I am so stupid letting this go on and it is still going on

I dont think it is illegal to accept gifts from someone even on false pretences but you should try and take the lesson that has been given to you from this experience at face value..... perhaps keep your money to yourself until you know something is real or after cutting your losses here find someone who is independant in their finances so that the relationship is not based on the give and take aspect of money but of love, emotion, and companionship.......

You might be able to sue her to get some of the money back. And, if she has made promises in return for money and failed to keep the promises, it's fraud. And, if she's in another state, it's *federal* crime.
Have a chat with you local FBI agent or state police as needed. Take all your emails and bank records with you.

I would happily support a beautiful woman if she provided me with what I needed without all the bull sht. Unfortunately I have never met a woman who did not give me bull sht. In the end they end up giving me money because I dis the hell out of them. They have no idea that I would pay their car note and other bills happily if they would just give me what I want and STFU.
