Maybe you're going to end up as a writer/lyricist etc. You just like to play with language. Read "Jabberwocky", a poem from "Through the Looking-Glass and What Alice Found There" the sequel to "Alice in Wonderland" (you don't have to read the whole book if it sounds like a child's story but you should know that it was written as a disguised political commentary). You'll see how a story can be told with suspense and emotion using words that don't exist in any dictionary.

It's normal, but hugely annoying.
Though you might think it makes you interesting, it just makes you creepy. To other people you just seem like someone in need of desperate attention but no imagination on how to draw it in a sophisticated way, such as making annoyingly witty remarks. So it makes u look a) unimaginative and b) in need of attention.

Notice that other weird people are fascinated by such qualities. So it all boils down to who u want to please. Normal people, other geeks or yourself. If the first, in the name of anything holy, stop what you're doing.

It's normal. Since you know that you're saying it, and you wonder if it's normal, then you have no issues. However, if you didn't realize or notice that you say odd thing, but others did, then that is a whole other story. You're perfectly normal as a lot of people do silly things like that.

No, not normal. But not crazy either. Different types of jokes appeal to different age groups. I'd place you threshold for "funny" in the one to two year-old range.

I think it is perfectly normal. You just like to make yourself laugh. in high tense times. If you have still worry about it then go to a doc.

You should assign meanings to your new words and use them regularly.
Language is a flexable thing.
Maybe a lexicographer should follow you around you might come up with a cool word.

I used to work with patients at a mental hospital. You have a imangination. Just don't hold a conversation to yourself and you will be okay.

Normal.
I think it's *really funny* that a person named Jibba Jabba would be critical of you for this.
