Its not for a fish, but it is easy- I made a spider costume for my toddler that was easy- I bought a black jumper and filled 8 black socks with stuffing and sewed 4 on each side of the jumper. I then took a black kids stocking cap and glued several google eyes i(i got in the craft section at wallmart). Plus it will help keep them warm if it is cold out

Are you tryin to be frightening or cute? circulate to a halloween internet site you will see lot's of diverse costumes. if your distinctly tall with grimy blonde hair, how some mermaid. you will have an quite cute like little baithing fit marvelous on and long eco-friendly bright bottoms. or you're able to make a call from any of your famous comic strip characters, Wilma(flinstones) Alice (from alice and wonderland there is somewhat cute short eye-catching clothing for her) etc. you would be a huge toddler, a farmer, a star (who ever you look closes to or your famous.) Your fatherland NFL cheerleader, a hooters lady, a school lady, a royal queen, a hula lady, a boy, there is soo many! basically relies upon what you decide on and how lots money your prepared to spend. Goodluck!

Just go to the hardware store. Form the fish out of wire. The get enough shiny fabric to cover it. And big googley eyes. Make fins out of cardboard and glitter sprinkles and strap them on his/her arms.
