I live in Chester... not sure that there are any luggage lockers to be quite honest, its not a great station and lacks on facilities a bit. Luggage lockers are not on the list of facilities on the national rail website, but to check I would phone the customer service line on 0845 6061 660 but to be quite honest I think there is a very slim chance of there being lockers because they don't even have facilties like waiting rooms or a left luggage service. You'd probably find luggage lockers at bigger stations like in Manchester and Liverpool.

Chester Station is run by Arriva Trains Wales, their website is http://www.arrivatrainswales.co.uk , and their customer contact number listed is 0845 6061 660
I'm not sure myself if the station has left luggage lockers - it used to some years ago but they may well have gone, and unfortunately the website doesn't seem to list if it has or not. I suspect that it probably doesn't, the only stations that seem to these days are in large cities
where the left luggage is run by private companies, but you might want to try giving them a call. Hope this helps.

There is no publicly availible number for any bus or rail station anymore, they are all internal use only.
What you will find is
xxx Rail station - 08457 484950 (National Rail Enquries)
xxx Bus station - 0870 608 2 608 (Traveline Bus Enquires)
Both will put you though to a national or regional call centre.
if you check national rail to see who operates the station, then call the company then they should tell you

The answer to your question is http://nationalrail.co.uk/stations/CTR.html - and the answer to "do they have any lockers?" is no (referred to as left luggage on the website). They used to but it has been withdrawn for security reasons.
