my hair is layered its cute so get about shoulder length have many layers in the back of ur head not so much in the front and part your bangs to the side. if u want shorter hair then shoulder length get the layered look like winged out in the back.

Layers, save the short haircuts for when you get older... unless you have a long face, then short hair is more flattering.

No i have it short with layers and it is a biotch when i tie it up in a pony tail because it just gets in my face.

it depens what shape ur face is if it is round long hair if it is square get a choppy mid lengths cut and if it is long have a fringe and short hair like you asked
