I would suggest go with either personality or humor.
For humor- Nightmare. (When asked say he had a bad one and it scared him so bad he turned a white as a ghost.- or he say he saw a Ghost and it scared him.)
Bianco- means white in Italian
Neve- means snow in Italian
Eupe- means white in Swahili
Sneeu- means Snow in Swahili
Shiroi- or Shiro - white in Japanese
Yuki- or Suno- or Tenks- or Rikka- all mean different types of Snow in Japanese.
OR- personality. Just pick a name that matches his personality.
Hope this helps.

I extremely have a white budgie named Ebony. somewhat strange, and on listening to her call people continuously question me "why did you call a white fowl after something black"....and that is the precise reason...they not in any respect see it coming. Anywho, i'll't tell from the %simply by way the gentle is shining on your fowl yet youthful budgies should be actual sexed. In youthful budgies women have opaque bluish/pink-y ceres with diminished white earrings round their nostrils at the same time as men have translucent purpley pink ceres. This of direction transformations at the same time as they attain adulthood, notwithstanding the above should be utilized from about 5-6 weeks old, and can help you you with names in case you prefer to be gender certain.
