Tell the boy you like that either his brother or cousin is paying a little too mcuh attention to you and your starting to be uncomfortable with it. It's his family let him deal with it!

Talk to him and tell him that you dont have feelings for him. Tell him that the stalking is scaring and bothering you. If he doesnt listen and quits then call the police.
