it depends on the person if theu arent sick or have a cronic illness like i do (diabeties) then i guess the norm would be 5-8 times a day in a 24 hour period

well we are all different...what goes in eventually does come out...i urinate anywhere from 2-4 a day...pooping varies on what i eat...usually everyday

everybody is different, and it depends on WHAT you eat and HOW MUCH you eat....
But usuall once a day to go poop and depending on how much liquid you drink and how much you sweat depends on how much you'll pee.
