This depends on your body type actually. I weigh around 230 but still wear 36, but am very athletic. Weight isn't the item, it is what the weight consists of. Muscle weighs more than fat, so by working out you will get to your better size not your better weight. That is what's more important

My dad is 6 ft even and waist 175lbs and his waist is 36. I'm not sure how tall you are, so this information may not be helpful.

try that special k diet it tells you to replace 2 meals with special k and in about a week you will lose 6 lbs. i hope this helps a little good luck

Well it is not just the weight, it is the muscle tone. I would guess 25 pounds.

you didnt say how tall you are...i recommend sit ups and push ups daily...plus watch your carb intake
