Dodger stadium is on the ther side of town... so there are plenty of places to stay in between LAX and Dodger Stadium. Like the person said above me.. I wouldn't opt to stay super close to the Stadium. It really depends on how much money you want to spend on a hotel as to where your options to stay are. As far as public trasnsportation... i would not take it. I've lived in LA 9 years and have only taken a cab twice... they are expensive. I wouldn't dare get on a bus.. they look scarry from the outside more aless the inside. I would suggest renting a car if your only in town for one day or two because the cost of the rental car will be about what you'll spend for a cab ride. As far as bars and clubs.. they are all over LA. Sunset has a great selection. However, you can find bars and clubs almost anywhere.

Oh, boy, you don't want to stay anywhere near Dodger Stadium - that area is Eligin Park, and it's a very nasty, high crime area. There are some hotels around the air port, but it's nasty, dirty, and also high crime. As far as I know, the only "transportation" from lax and the stadium would be a taxi cab, and it's a good hour away (with traffic moving), so that will be spendy. There are public buses - but, if you value your life at all, don't get on one. I have no idea why you are flying to LA for a baseball game, but there are so many other great places to go and see - think about your other options.

OK you can't drink and drive but want to club so you will need to stay in West Hollywood (maybe between West Hollywood and Beverly Hills)--You will be more or less about in the middle between LAX and Dodger Stadium (kinda) there, but within walking/crawling distance to a lot of clubs (or short cab ride) then you can drive to Dodger Stadium and ONLY PARK IN LIGHTED PUBLIC STADIUM LOTS....don't try to save 5 bucks here in other lots....You know what ---you sound lost already ---just stay at the Beverly Hilton.....real eazy to find and has really nice pool....It's at Wilshire and Santa Monica Blvd right in Beverly Hills...Have Fun

Just up a bit from Dodger Stadium, is Echo Park & Silverlake...really artsy if you're into that. The buses to & from LAX to Dodger Stadium run kinda slow...also some only run at peak hours.

I would stay in Beverly Hills or Santa Monica. It's about 35 minute drive to Dodger Stadium (with no traffic issues), and you will have plenty of restaurants and bars to enjoy. There are many bars on Sunste Boulevard in Hollywood. You may want to look for hotels there, but I would recommend Beverly Hills or Santa Monica so much more for lodging in a nice hotel.

i don't think of Hamels has been on his recreation this twelve months and Kershaw isn't the astonishing pitcher for l. a., so in conserving with that it ought to correctly be a intense scoring recreation. yet, because the communities were on spoil for like 3 days, i imagine the game is like 3 to 4 because the gamers have not noted a ninety 5 mph pitch in that aspect period. that is going to likely be a slow commence to the game, yet I say 3 to 4 Dodgers.
