Tiny spots when squirted out of what? Spots of what? Have you been exposed to HIV or do you know you have it?
Talk to your doctor or go get tested. "Stuff" coming from your vaginal area or a guy's penis, that isn't normally there, can be a sign of infection or an STD of some kind.

not necessarily. The only way to know if you have HIV is to get tested. The ultimate result of HIV is AIDS which is an autoimmune disorder and may take years to develop after contracting HIV. The symptoms of AIDS is just a slew of secondary infections, and possibly Karposi's Sarcoma. But HIV has no immediately detectable symptoms like gonorrhea or herpes does. Get tested! And in 6 months, get tested again, since it can potentially take that long to become detectable after you contract it.

Just sounds like a pimple or a whitehead. Perfectly normal especially in the summer when peoples skin tend to be more oily. Go to Google and type in whiteheads because that what it sounds like, press the image button and you will get a picture to compare.
