I broke up with my boyfriend because he cheated on me. Yesturday he calls me and tells me im the world to him and he misses me but he loves being single right now and hooking up with other girls. why does he tell me this? Its just hurting me more and i dont want to hear about other girls. he has hurt me so bad. why?

Because he can. Don't answer the phone, don't give him the opportunity to brag to you & drag you through the mud like that.
Just do not be available to him - that's the only way you can stop him from hurting you like this. "No one can make you feel inferior without your permission".

I'm going through the same thing right now. And it's all because once guys get out there and see all the sex they can get they get over excited and only think with their penises. But once they start thinking with their hearts again they realize that they really do love you. Its just a matter of if the heart can over power the penis. My advice for you is to not call him and go out an have fun with the girls while you can. Because as soon as he realizes you're not sweating him then he'll want you. Guys always want what they can't have

He has hurt you because he has low self esteem and very poor morals. He tells you these things to make him self appear superior and better about himself...by trying to put you down. You did the right thing in breaking up with him..the hard part will be breaking all communication with him...he will try harder to talk to you at that point but its imperative that you break all contact with him....that is when another door will open for you..and a better and more worthy person will come along and open your heart again....but it will only happen if you are willing to completely let this loser go.

No one can explain why he hurt you so bad but himself. I know this is easier said then done, but if a guy is hurting you soo bad to the point where you cant stop crying you really need to leave him completely alone. It's not worth sitting around waiting for some one who does not want to be with you, your going to find yourself doing things that you should not be doing. "Why is he messing with my mind?" people do what you only allow them to do so if you continue giving in, asking him why, telling him you still love and want to be with him your giving him the satisfaction that he want. You have to do your best and try to avoid him in every which way for example ( change your Telphone #, Try not to be where you know he would be, Do things that you want to do that he would have never thought you would do, and etc) I know it's hard but baby girl y'all get through it. PS. We all go through it were only human it's a part of lifet, but some how some way we have to make the best of life and continue to move on. He'll Know what his missing and it's up to you if you want him back no one can make that decision for you.

Girl you deserve so much better than that. It sounds like he is getting off on telling you that cause he thinks it is funny to make you jealous. Some men like the idea of two women fighting over them cause it makes them feal like they are the king of all men. When if they need to have 2 women fight over them in order to feal like a man means they are still immature little boys that need to grow up. Afterall, if you really meant the world to him and he really missed you then why does he find it necessary to be with other women. I would think he would want to be with the woman that meant the world to him. I would tell him that you are moving on and that you set him free and he need not call you no more. Tell him you are not interested in his other girls and you can careless.

All he wants to do is get in ur pants and have something to brag about with his friends. Listen, dont borther with him any more go out and find somebody else for you. Show him that you are not going to take his S H IT!!!!! and that you dont want to be hurt by him any more then he already has. Sweetie you need to take control of your own life stop letting others do it for you!
if you don't want to be with him anymore then don't answer his calls or hang up on him!
he is most likely looking for a back up girlfriend cuz he is afraid to be alone! anything he can say to confuse you or make you forget about him cheating on you and for you to stay there waiting for him when he calls!
the reason why it hurts you so bad is because you like him! thats the sad part of life! and the best part at times too!
If you broke up with him! then forget about him! move on! don't listen to him don't talk to him!

cmon girl, he CHEATED on you...you found out....you still take his calls..you are inviting him to hurt you more each time you pick up the phone. you disgrace yourself by allowing him into your world after he has violated your trust, now he is just rubbing it in. put him on call block, call your best girlfriend and tell her what a jerk this guy is. If you are his world why would he hurt your feelings by saying what fun he is having being a dog.

he feels bad of what he did but hes not mature enough to have a serious relationship with anyone and he just tells you that because probably he just wants to hurt you and make you even more bad because you are not with him and you were a good game ... or he just says that because he wants to have you as an "option" that means that if he doesnt get "any" from anyone because of his ways at least he wants to assure a "position" in your heart HES WEAK and those are just cheap excuses GIRL MOVE ON!!! he does not know what he wants and for sure he knoes you can get anyone you want better than him hes just trying to HOLD YOU BACK from that because hes afraid that you will get someone way better than him and you ll have no "place" for him anymore once hes left loser and lonely .... think about it MOVE ON!

hey Jen, I would tell that ex of yours to keep his thoughts to himself its over between the both of you and you don't want to be friends with him because it hurts to much. that's why it over. and you broke up with him. You know there are just some guys, that don't realize what they have until it's to late. He feels since you broke up with him and it hurt him, the only way to get even with you, is to tell you all he can, he knows it it going to really get to you because you loved him and your dealing with your own hurt.
Some people are so inconsiderate to others even when they are the ones at fault. Don't answer your phone when he calls, or change your number.
