I think Mexican food is the best food in the world? What do you think? Enchiladas, tacos, burritos...everyone has eaten some form of Mexican food at least once in their lifetime!!

The food one thinks is best depends upon ones taste experience with food from different cultures. If it is the food that one has eaten since childhood, food from ones own culture may not be considered "ethnic", even though it might be considered exotic by those of other experience. Some foods are readily appreciated while others require an "acquired" taste.
I consider Mexican food to be among the best, but I also enjoy the variety of good food developed by other cultures: Indian, French, Italian etc that are also among the "best". Experiencing a variety of foods helps one appreciate the "best" of each.

It is totally the BEST ! I think I Love it all ! Well, I don't Love Menudo but, I've eaten it. It's OK I just can't get over the tripe part. Plus, I Love spicy-big time !
