Bring enough money that you wouldn't mine burning in a fireplace.
You win some you lose some, but in the long run, you will NEVER be ahead.
Remember what money they use to build those beautiful hotels with............

Be sure to see the following:
The Bellagio
The Forums
Mandalay Bay
The Wynn
Penn & Teller (Rio)
New York New York
If you like the Ho's, go see the show at Treasure Island
If you like expensive shopping, go to The Venetian and The Wynn.
If you are into celebrities check out The Palms.
If you want a Tattoo, go to The Palms.
If you like Lions, go to MGM.
If you like rides, go to Circus Circus.
If you like heights, go to the Stratosphere.
If you have a rental car, be sure to drive out to Red Rock Canyon!!!!!!!!!!!
NEVER set your purse down. Keep it across your body so someone can't grab it and run.
Don't over do it with the free drinks. It's cheat alcohol and will make you sick, quick.
OVER tip the cocktail girls. They work very hard!
Don't go to the Light unless you have like $10,000 in your pocket.

Best Buffet:
The Bellagio
Paris (Sunday Brunch) get there early
Treasure Island

If you play the slot machines follow these simple rules!!!!!!!
Always be visible from every angle
Stay as close to the cash cages as you can
Always put in the max amount the machine takes

Enjoy!!!

You will have a great time. Enjoy. Its one of my favorites..

I've been there several times and prefer the "downtown" old strip as opposed to the "new"Strip. I find the prices higher on the new Strip. The amount of money you bring depends on how much you plan to gamble. The downtown strip has 5-50 cent & $1.00 slots. But if you prefer poker, the tables are also lower. However all the "glitz" is on the new Strip. All the fancy Hotels and Acts are mostly there..but do check out Circus Circus daily as they have free acts too.....you will enjoy--its one of the "cheapest" vacations i took--motel rooms $30/night-downtown---but bring a watch as the city never sleeps and inside the casinos is always bright so time is never known and the casinos dont have clocks...Have a great time-------i would say you could do most forms of gambling -poker-keno-slots-rouellet-craps-for about $500. I have gone on $100 and played nickel and dime slots won enough to pay for my trip and breakfast the next morning....won little pots but they add up=----have a great time.

Bring as much money as you can afford to lose. I know a guy
who went there with $5,000 dollars he saved all year and he
was broke within three days.

It is a lot of fun but do things besides gamble. Go to shows,
dance clubs, sightseeing. (see shows).

October is the best time there because the really hot summer
weather is gone.

bring money to gamble, that's the most fun. go to some shows, that's a big part of Vegas. and yes, it is very, very hot there. we went in July before, and even at night it was to hot to walk around. so I am sure October will still be very hot. the buffets there are awesome, cheap and good food.

Dont gamble with more than you can afford to lose. They are tons of great shows to see. You can get information booklets about anywhere but the best place is in front of the convention center on Paradise. They have info on everything. Biggest free attractions: downtown laser light show, TI pirate show.

Bring lots of money but don't forget what happens in Las Vegas stays there including your money.

The cheapest tickets for Seinfeld were $175.

October is the best time to go because its not that hot, i went to July and it was 105 at 2am.

bring money for everything because everything cost money.

but go to the concierge at your hotel and ask them what the best bar and club to go to are and see if they have any VIP passes, they usually do, it will save you a good $30-60 depending on the bar. coyote ugly usually gives VIP passes when you walk into new york new york and they give free shots to ladies on the bar.

have a blast and play roulette its a fun game to play.

oh and if you are walking wear flip flops and carry your heals cause your feet will hurt.
