surgeon did lollypop incisions for my breast reduction-now I have lose flaps of skin under my breasts.Is it my surdeons responsibility to repair the problem? or am I supposed to pay again?

Ask him. May be your skin and not the surgeon. In the long run usually the court system pays because people sue.

Unfortunately with plastic surgery or any other kind of surgery there are risks. This side effect is one that can and does happen with reductions, and you should have been told all of the things that could go wrong or happen. Choosing a good plastic surgeon is essential in preventing many of these things from happening, but these days people want these things done so badly they jump into it, go to some surgeons office instead of a surgeon that has good credentials and schooling and works out of a hospital, because the latter is cheaper. Then wonders why they don't look so good after all is said and done. You probably signed papers that took any responsibility for fixing any mess ups away from him. I wouldn't let this surgeon touch me again. Those flaps of skin could have been prevented by a good surgeon. Do some research, find a good plastic surgeon that works only out of hospitals and pay to have yourself fixed.

You probably signed an agreement that states that you're aware of the potential problems and scarring. Due to this, the surgeon may not be liable. I don't know much about law, though, so maybe your best bet is to talk to a lawyer about this. I had a reduction and am very happy, but if it were me, I'd talk to the surgeon and see if he could/would fix it. I hope he will! Good luck!

My cousin got her cosmetic surgery for breast reduction and rhinoplasty surgery and she is more than very happy with the results.SHe is all praise for this forerunners healthcare companyfor the services they provided her.She paid just 30% of the cost what she was quoted in USA and it was like a wonderful vacation for her.Excellent stay,food, best surgeons-she just couldnt stop talking.hope this helps.
