When exerciseing the body burns calories and is alos releasing heat from the body, because you release heat you feel cold, also when you workout your body temperature is elevated, and sweat cools you down, as you stop, your body temp returns, but the sweat is still there,
this is perfectly normal

As your sweat evaporates, it carries along some heat from your body, making you feel cooler. This is the same with turning on an electric fan after a good workout.

When working out, you raise your body temperature...after the workout, when you relax the body temp can drop fairly quickly so you'll notice the change and feel chilled for a bit...

cuz your body is emitting lots of heat while you are working out to keep you from melting then once you stop working out your body continues to restore you back to your normal temperature and since youve been warm for a while it makes you feel cold
