Take it slowly. Mist her with the water from the hose on a hot day, and she'll find that it's nice to cool off. Try filling her water bowl and splashing her with the water before she takes a drink. Then try taking her to a lake or a stream close to your house and encourage her as she gets closer. Try not to rush it though. Puppies take time to get used to water, just like babies. Once she gets used to the stream or lake or whatever, you can try a baby pool and gradually move on to the bigger pool.

this is like super head, like giving him a bath? or what. if so bribe him with treats put a towel and wrap him in it and then set him down where ur going to wash him, like a sink or bathtub, make sure before this ur doggie bubbles are ready, then place him in the bath tube or sink that already has a good 4 inches of water in it. then just start washing him. if u mean like water in general, i dont know, dogs will always seem to fear it, i have a 10 year old dog and it still is afraid. u can try just getting its paw wet and showing ur puppy that the water will not hurt him, good luck with the puppy.

Generally if you get into the water and act like you're having a good time, the puppy should want to follow. Once he gets the hang of it, he'll love swimming and be happy to play in the water with you.

You need to take it slow by introducing a little water at a time (maybe in a baby pool) and give her praise and treats for going in it. Then increase the water as she beomes less afraid.
But, remember not all dogs like water no matter how they were trained around it. Don't force your dog if she's giving you signals that she's terrified.

when my dog was afraid of water, i just put him in the bathtub and sat on the edge with my feet in the tub, and started the water. I just let it rise slowly and petted him. When he tried to get out I calmed him down, talked to him, and put a little water on his back. It worked, he's not afraid anymore, he actually likes getting wet now.

commence out giving him purely a brilliant shallow tub to play in...make it relaxing...then upload small quantities of water....till there's a tub sort of volume and in basic terms play and compliment...make it happy and relaxing.
