Restless and angry and not trying to change. I hope I'm always restless. Calm is a synonym of stagnant.

I must have a split personality. With my husband I'm a very calm and peaceful and happy person. Whenever I am at work I can be both peaceful and happy or an angry restless person depending on the situation. I am a very smiley person but one day at the beginning of my shift (I work at a hospital) somebody put their hands on my shoulders lightly and flicked my hair. Ok, my temper gets the best of me whenever I take time to fix my hair and somebody touches it and later it goes limp. May sound vain but that's me. I uttered, "Don't touch my f****n hair!"Just to see my Directors hand touch my forearm, omg! I was sooo embarrassed, but normally I make him laugh so he forgave me eeek!

it is an area I actually were to more effective than 20 years in the past. It become contained in the mountains in western Pennsylvania, at a privately owned camp. there turned right into a creek there named Panther Run. It become so quiet and non violent, and it become gorgeous. It wasn't muggy or buggy - no longer at the same time as i become there a minimum of. I had my Bible with me and purely sat down on a huge rock and had a impressive, non violent time with the Lord. It become the first photo that popped into my ideas's eye upon examining your question. different calming, non violent situations are many times on a quiet sea coast watching the waves are available in. <><

I'm not calm and peaceful, but I'm happy and restless. I'm only angry if you do something to piss me off.

I'm not angry, but I am anxious and restless. Maybe it is because I spend too much time on Y!A instead of getting outside ;)
