It really doesn't matter how heavy the use is. Depending on the condition of your body, (liver, kidneys...) it will only stay in your system between 5 and 10 days. Some opiates like heroin only show up in a urinalysis between 3 and five days. I know this because I am also an addict, and am in treatment and have had so many urinalysis it is not even funny. I would strongly urge you to think about the kind of treatment you are considering. I am in a methadone treatment program which seems to be a popular choice for Oxycontin addicts. I wish I had chosen a different treatment, and if you would like to talk to someone first who has many years experience with this feel free to ask me....
