Could you make me some lean white meat chicken with no skin with tons of veggies of all colors? Plus a small amount of carbohydrates? I am trying to eat healthy right now. Oh I love soy sauce and garlic. Cannot handle the spicy stuff right now. The body is super protein hungry right now and I love veggies of all colors. Do red orange yellow and green that should be excellent. Oh and give me so additive free flavor. That is herbs instead of flavor packs, but you have the hat, so you know that. Yummmmmm
Oh and I will eat most fish and shrimp raw or cooked on the fish
Just no crawfish. I am worried those critters might have been eating people after the hurricane. I do not ever want to eat those things again after Katrina. Those are scavingers and I worry they ate people.
Just no red meat. I am health conscious. Just birds or fish.

BRACCIOLA
1 3/4 lbs. flank steak, pounded very thin into a 12x15 inch rectangle
2 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. Romano or Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. bread crumbs, plain or seasoned
1 garlic clove, minced, if desired
1 qt. seasoned tomato sauce
In bowl, make filling by beating 2 eggs and combining salt and pepper, cheese, bread crumbs, and garlic. Spread filling evenly on steak. Roll lengthwise and secure with toothpicks.
In a large fry pan, brown bracciola in hot oil on all sides. Pour sauce over meat, cover and simmer about 2 hours; turning meat once halfway through cooking time. Remove from sauce; when cool enough to handle, remove toothpicks. Cut into slices and you have beef pinwheels. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.

You need ideas, you have the hat on. OK how about some roast duck, ducks are at the best in the summer, if you can get them fresh from long island, either way if you make it right you will sell them out.

Hmm, you must really be up for a challenge. How about something with a tenderloin beef roast, seasoned mashed potatoes of some sort. For other veggies I would like corn or broccoli. : )

If you were in my kitchen, I do the cooking! , but you could clean up. I hate that part. j/k
I would let you try your hand at Steak De Burgo (sp)
or Chicken fettuccine w/ lots of garlic.
