A doctor told my friend who bit the hell out of his nails to buy this type of clear nail polish. It wasnt shiny or anything so it didnt look wierd but everytime he would bite it would taste soo bad he would make a face. it was really funny though. i tried some, it tasted real bad. it is tottaly safe for your nail and you. he stopped biting in less then a month. you have to apply the polish like twice a day though.

It is a habit and hard to break for alot of people. They have special polishes to wear that taste bad to you when you chew. Alot of girls will get the gel or acrylic nails so they can't bite.
