No this doesn't add to the cool factor, since the red mustang is everywhere. I have 2 red 94's. A custom paint job, would put you up higher on the cool scale, because it would be different. Add some performance parts and that makes it even cooler.

I too own a red Mustang. A 2001 coupe. I'm quite thrilled with it. If you're a total ***** and walk around like a pompous ***, than no, I can't say it increases your cool factor. But if you're genuinely a cool person, then I'm sure your red Mustang can't hurt.
