Depends on the two people involved. If you are wanting to be considered his g/f then you should have a chat with him. If he doesn't like the idea -- he will clearly let you know. In my opinion, yes 3 months would be sufficient time to be called b/f and g/f.

It happens automatically. But the bigger issue is love.You can be BF/Gf without loving one another.It's not in the label its in the feelings that is what love is all about.You cannot force a flower to grow.

I think you become bf/gf when both parties are ready. You can't put a time period on that.

Well in my case me and my boyfriend sleep together the next day after we meet and on the third day he ask me to be his girl. I have some tasty good stuff.
