I have gone out with my neighbor and it didn't work out but we were able to remain friends. I think it had to do with the fact that his kids and my kid play together all of the time plus our personalities.
Why? Well we just have so much in common and really clicked together sexually.
BTW, we are back on again.

i wouldnt go out with him, even though he is a young fire fighter, I am younger lol. besides he brings to many girls home. I do have the keys to his apt though, in case of something. my other neighbor is like 70, and the young adults that live with him .... thats not an option

no way..too close for comfort and deception, remember your just going to go out, what if it doesnt work out? He will be all up in your business and vice versa.

I did and it didn't work out and it was uncomfortable from then on every time I saw him. So I would advise against it.

Yeah I would. If it didnt work out it didnt work out. I would prolly still stay friends with him and maybe in the future we could try again and juss maybe it would work out!

well i would who knows if he or she might be the right one and if doesn't work out then you can always befriends if not then your still can act civil towards them
