Do you already chose the right OS (operating system) when you download the tunes (because as long as I know, Apple provides tunes for Windows and Mac). If you already chose the right one, try to reinstall.

You will need to Reinstall the InstallScript engine
To reinstall the InstallScript engine from InstallShield Developer, follow these steps: 1. Click Start, click All Programs, point to Accessories, and then click Windows Explorer.
2. Open the following folder: C:\Program Files\InstallShield\Developer\Redist\Language Independent\i386.
3. Double-click Isscrpt.msi.
4. Follow the instructions that appear on the screen.
Then try to run the installation CD again if not visit the www:apple.com website and re-download .

Pls keep in mind that you have to have a Mac or Windows 2000 or higher Operating System.
