I feel the company or Microsoft is at fault why should I buy new copy,I feel microsoft should help me!!

Was it a chain store, or a local computer shop in your town? If chain store, go back and tell them you want it straightened out, of computer shop in your town, go to them and explain that you expect your computer to have the right software on it. If they refuse, contact MicroSoft and turn them in for piracy.
Be cool, don't get angry, just expect to be treated right..

There are several sites that will tell you how to remove the WGA trojan horse. YOU MAY HAVE A LEGIT SYSTEM. Since late June Mivrosoft has admitted that a "miniscule" number of real XPs have been flagged.

Buy a legit copy of xp pro and reinstall it on your system.,...FIRST BACK UP ANY DATA THAT YOU MIGHT WANT TO SAVE
