I love the suggestions on here. They range from naive to pathetic. Dinner & pool? Yeah ok. At McDonalds maybe. I can barely eat dinner by myself at a restaurant for under $25 bucks. Toss in a drink and pool plus another person. There goes your budget. A club and dinner? I don't know what clubs that person lives by but around me that's minimun $20 bucks just to walk in. Picnics? How lame. Now you have to torture yourself for her amusement. And lots of women don't even like picnics.
How about you ask her what she's interested in and then make a decision on it. Or better yet get a real job so you can afford a real meal somewhere and a fun night out. I can barely fill my damn gas tank with 45 dollars and you want to have a "COOL" night out on it.

Save a few dollars and eat and have a few drinks at home with some friends. Then go to a bar, play some darts or pool. If their are fairs or festivals going on, check those out. Go somewhere and play paintball. Dancing is fun to, if you are into that. I live in Ohio, so anything in LA would be fun to me.
Does anyone actually go on picnics? Give me a break people!! I'd rather get drunk and play miniature golf.

Pack a picnic basket with wine, cheese crackers, fruit, and bottled water. Head to the coast an hour or so before sunset. There's nothing more romantic than the beach at sunset, especially with a carefully filled picnic basket. And don't forget the beach blanket! Have fun!

how about a picnic...outside of town at some state park...followed by laying under the stars talking about life experiences....maybe even a little swim if you are at a park with water.
