highlights are hot as long as you have a nice base color.... you want to make sure your hair is not dark brown and you put bleach blonde highlights that would look horrible.... but if you pick the right colors it will look hot and sexy

They are really cute, but if you have brown hair (especially dark), its really a pain to keep them up. It looks trashy if you don't get them touched up a lot, and it can be expensive.

Absolutely...
Don't get me wrong, I love brunettes....but highlights just add that little....umph...if you know what I mean. Kind of like makeup for your hair.... lmao... ok thats not what I mean...hopefully you get the point...

I personally don't like them that much especially when it's a brunette trying to look blonde, after a while it looks trashy.
