Definately.
This is a part of what I discovered to be the meaning of life.
A prominant scientific property: Mass can neither be created nor destroyed.
Well, where's all that energy and thought go once we die?
Where do thoughts come from? Why the urge to live? Why do we think? How can something like an ant "know" what to pick up and carry-- and why do they do it?
Natural selection or intellectual design?--- with death, does it matter? but if our science is so correct--- energy cannot be created nor destroyed. I think when we die our bodies become energy for living things to live off of, and the energy that makes us move, when we die, disperses differently. To each his own.

Kind of a confused question here. YES, there is an afterlife. It has been confirmed by many who communicate with those in the spirit form. The spirit is within you right now...it is a duplicate of your physical/material body. It will continue for eternity. So there is really no great change at death...you merely wake up in another vibrational realm (spirit) where your mind governs where you are and what you accomplish in this new adventure.

let me tell you this
human beings are born, and created, and die, sure,
but you are born with a soul, well, in this case you are the soul, you are just wrapped around in a body. When you die, you go to where you are supposed to, theres only two places and we all know what they are. Sure some find this crazy, controversial, but it still fact, only that some people are gonna see this when its too late. You'll see, anyway.
yes, there is life after death.
we have a beginning, but we have no end.
crazy but true

According to the bible it says we shall go to the grave, or Hell, hades is the greek for it that it was written in, and rest there till Jesus comes for His people and takes them back with Him to Heaven. So yes, there is life after death but you do not go immediately when you die but when Jesus comes. See 1 Thess. 4:16-17

My belief is that everything in this world has a purpose. We are sent here for a purpose too.BUt not many of us realise it till we have lived most part of our lives.
Ask this question to a group of people and i can assure you that not many will know their purposes .They will not know why they were created. I dont know it too.
I follow a faith which tells me that there is life after death and it is an everlasting one.We all be rewarded/punished for the deeds we did in a span of 60-80 yrs of our lives.
I strongly belive in the above .
Thanks

100% predestined. the clarification being guy proposes and GOD disposes. each action of ours is predestined. the element of understand is that we ourselves are the creators of our destiny by ability of our own karmas (deeds) over diverse births that are given to us. we were endowed with a college to make a call from acceptable and incorrect action. Our existence relies upon upon 3 issues, i.e.,destiny,destiny, and freewill. Hinduism strongly believe that one's existence is predetermined in accordance to his 'karma'. those are your movements contained in the previous many lives you led that keep returning to provide you reliable or no longer reliable returns on your present existence. Buddhism does no longer settle for the theory of God. in straightforward words 'Karma' and resultant activities in a unmarried's existence. we are able to administration something interior our framework. subsequently God gave us freewill. ===== Trisha ======

I myself believe in reincarnation with a Pagan slant, but wow, that's quite a question. I doubt you're going to get it answered on here - just a lot of doctrinal spouting.
We'll all know someday - no hurry.

There is our earthly body and our spiritual body that is clearly defined in the Bible. If you are saved and your spirit makes that decision in Christ then when you pass on to the "next life" it is one that is eternal with your creator. Read the Bible.
