In my experience they will ask questions like "What made you want to do this type of work?" "Why should we hire you or what will you do for us?" "Three things you need to work on?" (For that one always turn it into something positive like "I cant ever leave something unfinished or I cant help but to look at the smallest details blah blah blah) "three qualities you have?"
