Absolutely. Why should anyone male or female marry someone they dont love just for financial gain. If you do go through with it there could be something in his will that does not allow you any right to what he had before you marry them, and you could possibly end up with a huge divorce debt that could result in fraud for personal gain. What if you were married and they scrapped you for everything you had and you did not have a leg to stand on. Think carefully it can work both ways.

You're the one who is going to live with it. So what happens when you meet someone you do love. You going to cheat on the poor guy { this is me assuming the poor guy doesn't know you're in it just for the money}. The question you ask is your conscience questioning your motivation. Do what you can live with.
