How would you go about it he calls me sees me he buys me roses but I don't want to date him cause he is not divorced yet and he is related to my best friend Should I stop being friends with him I told him many times we would not work what should i do pursue it or tell him back off???

I was in a similar situation a few years ago. I made sure to tell my friend that there was no future for the two of us other then friends but that our friendship meant a lot to me and if he got to a point where he would be comfortable just being friends I would be there waiting. You need to decide how much his friendship means to you or if you really have more feelings for him. Friends can become amazing lovers but when thats over the whole thing is usually over. Think about what you really want and what you're comfortable with. If he cares about you he should be willing to listen to your feelings and respect your wishes.

well u should sit down with him and tell him you do not want to get in a relationship with him because he is not yet divorced and he is related to your best friend

Well its all up to you...the way you feel about him...do you want to be with him aside from all the other issues you mentioned...is your best friend gonna respect you decision?....If you DO want to be with him the only thing i advice you is to make sure he is divorced...trust me you dont want to come to find out later on that he's still with his wife and messing with you at the same time.

do not hurt him. at the same time be very firm and tell him what is there in your mind. U could still be his friend .... but of course dating is a separte issue altogether. If he is married you ought to maintain sanctity of marriage... rather than force him out of the existing relationship.

you shudnt stop been friend with him, but let him check himself .... dont talk to him as much but also let ur bestfriend know what he been doing.... tell him to give u a break......

leave him a lone. tell him that he's not understand and you can't have a freindship, especially not a relationship with someone who cant understand.
