Insert Pictures in E-Mail?

Question

I use Netscape for my e-mail and I used to be able to Insert picturs & Gif. into the E-Mail. Then my hard drive Died and After it was fixed I downloaded the Nerscape E-Mail & Browser. But, now I can Not Insert anything in the E-Mail. and when I try to forward an e-mail that has Color & Special Fonts it goes ot Plain Text ?? Help

check Netscape properties and set send / receive mail to HTML
also check for allowing attachments to be sent / received!

for Rich Text go to Options, click on preference, click Rich text,
click save.
to insert anything into mail, click compose, add attachment,click on brouse.find what you want, click open.
