For spaying some places will do it once they reach 3 lbs.
I don't know about flea baths.

Spaying can be done at any age, but I suggest waiting until at least six months just so the cat has time to grow.
As for the flea bath, you need to read the directions of the product. Flea stuff is basically poison and you can make the kitten sick or even kill him/her. There are kitten products available, but those also have age requirements. Sometimes just a water and soap bath will do the trick.
Just READ THE DIRECTIONS so you don't hurt your kitten.
If this is an outdoor animal, which it should'nt be, there are products for flea repellant. Check with your vet about that. If it's an indoor only pet with fleas, you'll have to bomb your home as well as treat the kitty.

The Wynn Foundation in Florida did a long-term study on early spay-neuter and concluded it did the cats no harm.
Shelters around here (northern CA) routinely do the surgery on all their kittens before adoption. At two months and two pounds.
They have been doing this for at least ten years now.
Private vets still will not do it that young. A female cat can have a heat cycle as early as five months and the vets are just too damn hard-nosed about not doing it earlier.
Try to find a spay-neuter clinic in your area and get your little girl taken care of. If you need heart surgery you would seek out a surgeon and a hospital that does the greatest number of them. Private vets might only do one or two spays a month. The clinics might be doing as many as five to ten a day!
Even one pregnancy or heat cycle can cause your kitty to have mamary cancer in her lifetime. That is an agressive cancer in cats and you dont' want to face that. They can treat it successfully if caught early enough and it is still something you don't want you cat to go through and is over thousands of dollars for surgery, radiation or chemotherapy.

I can't answer about the bath, but our kitties were spayed at 6 months. Now, if you want to bathe your kitty at home, check the label on flea shampoos: They're pretty good about indicating how old the animal has to be for the shampoo to be reasonably safe.

They have to be at least 2 1/2 pounds in order to be spayed.
I think that the best flea treatment it a collar or creme. They have to be at least 3 months I think.

They need to be atleast 3lbs before they are sapyed or neutered.
As for the flea bath, they can recieve one when they are fairly young, you just need to really dilute it. The flea stuff is basically poison, you dont want your kitty to get sick.
If you're having problems with fleas there are products that you can buy for your home and yard to help get rid of them.
