i am 22 years old &my hair have turned grey. suggest possible remedy.

There are no other tips, just color them regularly.

As we age the pigment cells in our follicles die, as a effect there's a lot less melanin in our hair strands. at the same time as there's a lot less or no melanin in our hairs it turns clear, making it look white/gray. that's biology sweetie. EDIT: haha ok. i do not recognize the answer to that, and that i'm no longer about to target to do research. yet that query already has an empirical answer. Any wellbeing care professional could recognize. that's no longer a philosophical question contained in the slightest. that's only a clinical question. once back, even the answer for your "philosophical" question is merely biology. Oil your hair regularly it'll prevent further greying

visit a dermatologist he might be giving u some vitamins and will give u gud suggestions dont dye ur hair it will lead to breakage and apply henna with amla and 2 raw eggs with coffee decation which is gud for ur hair and gives a natural color

Yep, there is no natural cure to loss of melanin. Your only way out and mine is dye. I started graying early when I was 11!!! It's all our genes fault. Life gives you lemons make lemonade:-)

dyeing it is the only way. you can go to a drug store and find hair dye. there is even dye specifically for men. its not difficult to do at all, especially if your hair is shorter.
